Bolton Park Stadium serves as a versatile venue for a variety of sports, including basketball, roller skating, volleyball, badminton, netball, and futsal.
Measuring 34.40 m x 32.30 m, the floor surface is a floating parquetry floor with an 8m pitched ceiling, easily accommodating most types of indoor sport. There is also a 250 seat gallery for spectators and the appropriate change rooms with wheelchair access.
The stadium can be set up in the following sporting configurations:
- One Show Court for Basketball, Netball & Futsal.
- Two courts of Basketball
- Two courts of Netball
- Two pitches of Futsal
- Four courts of Volleyball
- Eight courts for Badminton
Functions and Events
In addition to sports, Bolton Park Stadium has also been used for a wide range of community functions, including travel shows, craft fairs, model aircraft, boxing exhibitions, karate & conferencing.
The stadium has a room that can be used by the sporting bodies or the public for meetings and has a two hundred space Car Park that is shared with the Oasis Aquatic Centre and Regional Gymnastic Centre.
Hiring the Stadium
Users can hire Bolton Park Stadium for continuous or casual bookings. For continuous or once off group bookings, please phone Oasis reception on 02 69 269 390.
For casual visits, the rate is $8.00 per head (min 1 hour booking).
