How to log in

First time log ins

If you are a member, you will already have an account set up.

Please use the email address you have provided us and set your password by selecting ‘Forgot password’.

This will be your password for future logins.

Creating an account

If you haven’t visited us before, or do not have an existing account with us, please visit the online customer portal. Select 'Join or book now' and follow the prompts.

Not sure if you have an account?

  1. Visit the online customer portal.
  2. Select 'Forgot password'. A new page will load.
  3. Type in your email.
  4. Select 'Submit'.
  5. If you have an account, you will receive an email to reset your password.
  6. If you do not have an account, a message will load stating 'Email address not found'.
  7. If your email address was not found this means there is no associated account to the email you entered. Existing members should contact the centre to check their email address if this occurs.
  8. If you are not a member, please proceed back to the login screen and select 'Join or book now' and follow the prompts.

Linked family members

If you are an existing member, or have an existing swimming lesson booking, your children and family members will automatically be linked to your account and you can see them  in the "You're editing..." drop down menu below the top menu.

If you are already a member, you do not need to create new accounts for your children, if you do not see them linked to your account, please get in touch with us.

How to change my payment methods

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select 'My Accounts'.
  3. Select 'Payment settings'.
  4. Select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
    • If you are paying for a student's account, the bank account sits under the responsible persons / guest account details.
  5. Select 'Add new payment method'.
  6. Select which payment method you wish to update and select 'Next'.
  7. Enter new details and click 'Submit'.

How to check my payments

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select 'My Accounts'.
  3. You will be taken to the 'Edit profile' tab.
  4. Go to the 'Payments' tab to check your payments.

How to update my details

You can access your online customer portal to update your payment details, postal address and phone number.

For all other updates please contact the centre.

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select 'My Accounts'.
  3. You will be taken to the 'Edit profile' tab.
  4. Select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
  5. Edit your details.
  6. Select 'Save changes'.

Mange your swimming lesson bookings

See & update your child's details

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Go to the "Edit profile" screen.
  3. Select the child whose details you want to see from the "You're editing..." dropdown.
  4. You will now be able to update the details of that child.
  5. Save your changes after editing.

How to see your bookings

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Select 'My Bookings'.
  3. This will show you all of your upcoming classes that your children are booked in to.

How to book make up lessons

Oasis Swim School customers have access to a maximum of two (2) make up lessons per term.

To be provided with a make up lesson token, you must cancel out of your lessons no less than 2 hours before the start of the lessons you want to cancel.

Any unused make up lesson tokens will expire at the end of term.

To cancel out of a class to receive a make up lesson token:

  1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
  2. Click on "My Bookings" and click the cancel button next to the class you want to cancel.
  3. On the class screen, you will be shown the names of the children linked to your account, of which you will only be able to cancel our the child in the selected class. Click 'Cancel booking" to cancel that class. This will only remove them from the selected class and not the whole term.
  4. On the confirmation screen, you will be shown that you will be given a make up lesson for canceling and also how many you have used for the current term. Click "Confirm cancellation" to cancel the booking.
  5. You will now have a make a lesson token on your account where you can book a single lesson at a time that suits.

How to book a make up lesson:

  1. Click on "Make a booking" and then choose the "Swimming Lessons" tab.
  2. Once you are on the Swimming Lessons tab, toggle the button to show "Single/Make up lesson" classes. This will show all classes within the next 7 days that are able to be booked as a make up lesson.
  3. You can flick between the calendar days to see what lessons are available on each day.
  4. After filtering through the results and choosing a class that suits, you can click "book now" on the lesson to book in.
  5. That's it! You are now enrolled in that class and can attend.
