Active Aging - Over 50's Gym Classes
As we age, regular physical activity is one of the most important things we can do for our health. Our over 50's classes are designed to increase bone density, strength and improve flexibility and balance, all whilst providing a great cardio workout.
Not only do our classes provide so many great physical benefit, but they also serve as a great social environment for those over 50 to make new friends.
Our classes cater to all levels of fitness.
Our Active Over 50's classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. Classes run for 45 minutes and are a great way to be social and increase your fitness.
